Leesa joined Acumentis in 2025 and in her role as Urban Resilience Advisory Specialist, brings more than 15 years’ experience in strategic project delivery, integrated facilities management and asset solutions across complex national portfolios. She has led major advisory programs across government and property sectors, with deep expertise in operational strategy, governance and portfolio optimisation.
Leesa has been involved in significant ESG related work across the Commonwealth, including leading ESG integrated reviews of Asset Management Plans, developing ESG aligned Property Management Plans, and supporting the Australian Electoral Commission on sustainability and asset uplift initiatives. She also oversaw the national NABERS ratings program across more than 80 Commonwealth entities, driving measurable improvements in energy performance, environmental compliance and operational sustainability.
