Simon is a highly experienced property and agribusiness specialist with a strong focus on carbon farming, natural capital and ESG-aligned valuation and advisory services. With more than 25 years in the valuations sector, he brings deep commercial insight and a practical understanding of how land-based assets generate value across both traditional and emerging markets.
Simon specialises in the valuation and advisory of agribusiness and prestige rural residential assets. His work increasingly focuses on natural capital considerations, including the integration of carbon, environmental and productivity outcomes into land valuation and decision-making. He is regularly engaged by financial institutions, corporate entities, family law advisers, government authorities and private clients seeking informed advice in this space.
In addition to his valuation expertise, Simon has held senior roles across operations, management, leadership development, risk management and quality assurance, providing him with a well-rounded perspective on complex property and ESG-related matters.
Simon completed a Master of Agribusiness in 2019 and is actively involved in the Australian Property Institute and the Agribusiness Australia State Committee (VIC). He is also a regular contributor to the Carbon Market Institute and remains closely engaged with developments in Australia’s carbon and natural capital markets.
